Amen brother. Preach it. I am in agreement with you on this one. Great Blog. I pray that people would desire to know Him more and as they do, they realize the importance of making ourselves less and Him more. As we wait for His return, keep preaching and teaching.

I agree. As someone who has sat in a church where the person next to me is texting during the sermon, I find it incredibly distracting to be next to them...I can't imagine how they think anyone believes they are paying attention. I've also been in churches where the majority of the elders in the church had PDAs and would follow along in the Bible using their PDA in their hands. Maybe I was born in the wrong era (I'm 27), but I just can't see how someone can replace the Bible with a PDA in church. Yes, I use biblegateway.com from time to time when I'm blogging and want to share a verse, but don't know exactly where it's found...but in church???

Hello Michael: Being retired, and at the age of 76, my wife and I find it necessary to visit a doctor every so often. As you enter his office, there is a sign to "Silent your cell phone." How about such a sign as you enter God's House? In the doctor's office there are electronic devices that a cell phone could interfere with. In God's House, there is also a Spirit that is interrupted - denying a person of the Presence of The Holy Spirit.
