Great post! Michael, I so appreciate your wisdom & insight. Found your church b/c of Fireproof. Now I get time now & then to watch online. Praying that God sends a true leader, as you've demonstrated that you are, to our church. With appreciation, Theresa in NJ

Good Evening Michael: I have paused to digest the contents of this blog. You are not the pastor of the Baptist Church where my wife and I are members. But! I would be proud to have you as my pastor. You don't "beat around the bush" but come straight to the point with God's word as your sword of truth.Three years ago I resigned as a Deacon and left the Baptist Church where we were so long. The pastor there was "a good ole boy" who played golf with his choice members - hung out at Starbucks - and went fishing with a choice few. I salute you for your determination to stay true to your calling. Wes Allard - Mansfield, Texas.
