Dear Michael,

First, thank you so much for a wonderful ReFresh Conference at Pigeon FOrge, TN. My wife and I were blessed beyond all you can imagine. Concerning the support of evangelists and other church guests I whole heartedly agree with you. I have been embarrassed by my own church's pitiful support of God's servants and have determined not to host another meeting until God deals with the hearts of our people. I might add Michael that many of God's pastors are in the same boat. I have struggled all of my ministry to support my family and my salary is very low and sadly most of the churches I have served don't seem to care at all. I am very grateful for your encouraging words. God bless your commitment to pastors and ministry leaders.

Hello Michael: After reading this posting, I can well understand why Sherwood is busting out all over with God's blessings. With leadership like you have given, and your dedication to God's leading, it has to move forward. It puzzles me as to why other pastor's cannot seem to understand, that it takes this type of dedication on the part of the leaders to bring people to Christ. Wes Allard, Mansfield, Texas

The Lord is truly using you, Pastor Catt, and Sherwood, to change lives. Just yesterday, Sunday, March 28th, a group from Discover Albany visited the evening worship service, and the hospitality I saw was amazing. I am more than sure those things that went on behind the scenes were even greater than that. I am thanking God constantly for leading my family and I to Sherwood. I pray for Dr. Catt and all he touches to be blessed so much those coming 50 years and beyond us all will know it was the Mighty Hand of God! God's servants must be treated with the utmost care and respect...the key is handling everyone with love because we never know for absolute certainty who He is working through. In Jesus' name

Pastor Catt, I agree 100% with this. While on staff at Sherwood I was so thankful that the church knew how to care for those that came to visit. Showing the love of Jesus to those He brings our way is imperative.
