Back in the dark ages when I started in youth ministry, I used Dawson McAllister’s material in my Sunday School classes. Dawson applied Scripture to subjects like responding to parents, dealing with drugs and alcohol, respecting authority, and relating to the opposite sex. Dawson’s material taught no sex before marriage or outside of marriage. God designed sex and it is good, but only within biblical parameters. Posting More Than You Are Living

In this age of social media it’s easy to post a quote, retweet a thought, or put something on Facebook. Point, click, copy…it’s easy, right? But easy doesn’t mean it’s true – for us.

 

I know I’m guilty. I’ve preached sermons through the years, and I wasn’t living them out in my own life. It’s easy to post truth, but harder to live it.
