Tomorrow I will preside over the memorial service of a longtime friend, Dr. Alan Day. Please Pray
I received word last night that my dear friend, Alan Day (senior pastor of Edmond’s First Baptist Church in Edmond, Oklahoma), was killed in a motorcycle accident. Please be praying for Alan’s wife Alice, their four children and six grandchildren, as well as the church family at EFBC.
I’ve had the privilege of preaching in a Bible Conference at Alan’s church each March for the past several years. He was an excellent expositor and had a heart for revival and awakening. He will be greatly missed.

I know all the excuses about “the devil never takes a day off.” Forget all that and hang with me for a moment.
